The College of the North Atlantic (CONA) is the largest post-secondary skills training institution in Atlantic Canada with 18 campuses across Newfoundland and Labrador. CONA offers more than 70 full-time diploma and certificate programs, a comprehensive range of more than 300 part-time courses and selected post-graduate programs.

Through applied research and technology transfer, industry training, corporate partnerships and consultation, CONA works with industry to enhance technological and human performance in the workplace and to maximize each organization's return on capital and training investment.

College specialists serve as consultants and coaches, working with managers and employees to design, develop, and implement workplace production and learning systems for improved performance and business results. The College is recognized in Atlantic Canada and beyond for its commitment to excellence. A recent winner of a National Award of Excellence for International Development, the College has worked with industry and educational institutions in more than 30 countries.
